Those persons wishing to present an item that requires DNA action (including request for funds) must submit a request in writing to the Board President no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled board meeting. Requests should include a short summary of topic, suggested Board action, and, if funds are requested, the amount must be specified. Requests, if at all possible, should be submitted via e-mail for distribution to the board prior to the meeting. d get information that may be needed to make an informed decision.
